In March of 2004, Glenn put together an hour long evening of music from various shows he had written, and projects he had been working on at the time. It was called "The Music of Glenn Gordon" and it was performed at The Donnell Library in Manhattan. A piece of special material written specifically for that evening was the opening number. It was called "Glad To Be Here (The Glenn Gordon Song)" and it is presented here in the video below. In the lyric by Rick Unterberg, you’ll hear a reference to John Znidarsic ("Mr. Znidarsic"), who was the producer of the event.
Here is the winner of The Hal Leonard Voice Competition- Art Song Category, Benjamin Perry Wenzelberg. Benjy, Glenn's former student; now colleague, is a brilliant singer, actor, pianist, and composer. Glenn accompanied Benjamin for this video submission.
In December, 2013, Glenn accompanied the wonderful Dorothy Kiara at The Metropolitan Room in New York City. Here's a three minute montage.
